We are proud to celebrate three talented North Quincy High School student artists recently recognized by the prestigious Scholastic Art & Writing Awards.
The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards have a long-standing reputation for identifying and honoring creative young minds in the visual arts.
NQHS students Natasha Chieng, Galayna Willis, and Lily Chen were recognized for their submissions. Natasha's "Snip + Save" earned a Silver Key Award, while Galayna's "Self Image" (pictured above) and Lily's "Chasing Hope" each received Honorable Mentions.
Quincy High School senior Ibrahim Yacouty was also recognized; Ibrahim earned a Gold Key Award for his comic art, "A Symphony in Colors."
Our entire school community extends our congratulations to these students for their well-deserved recognition. We are grateful for their contributions to our visual arts program!
